4. Remove heater hoses at engine
5. Flush all inlets thoroughly with clear water with a garden hose
6. Drain all water from engine and radiator and hoses
7. Blow all possible remaining water from heater hoses with compressed air
8. Allow to dry for no less than 15 minutes to several hours

Extra effort draining techniques (not necessary, but helpful for maximum results)
If your goal is to get down to a fraction of a percent of residual water remaining
a. Allow to dry up to several days if desired
b. A brake duct fan can be used to evaporate any water pockets inside the engine
by letting it run and air the entire system out for up to 48 hours if desired.

Ensuring you have less than the maximum 3% water left in your system
1. Filling your entire system with Evans coolant and drive for several days
2. Take TWO, 1 ounce coolant samples and seal it in a clean sealed jar. Take one from
the radiator cap, take the other from the radiator drain.

the Taste Test
Yes, it sounds strange, but knowing what each fluid of your car "tastes" like will help you identify it should a problem occur and you find a drip on the ground from a possible leak, or you suspect it may be in your exaust from a head gasket or other internal potnetial failure. The taste of Evan's NPG+C cooolant is somewhat salty as opposed to the sweeter sugary notes of ethylene glycol. Disturbingly, the taste almost resembles French toast with unsweetened maple syrup. So now you can identify if your Evans NPG+C coolant is leaking, or, it's just something else. We've done the taste testing for you!
