ORDERING AND BACKORDER POLICY
ORDERS: Orders will be filled in a timely manner as soon as they possibly can. If an item is not available at the time of order you will be notified via the email address you have provided in your form. Back orders will be filled as soon as possible.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation of any item included in the above purchase order can not be accepted once submitted unless you are notified an item is on backorder.
BACK ORDERS: If the item is backordered you may cancel that item. If you choose to wait for that backorder to be filled, the backorder can not be cancelled within the time frame specified for the backorder as supplied to you within our response. If the backorder time has been exceeded, a written and submitted cancellation will be accepted and must be confirmed as received by us via return Email or phone contact as specified.
ORDER FORMS: The accuracy and content filled into the order form is the sole responsibility of the purchaser filling out the order form. Incorrect data and mistakes made by the purchaser will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Address accuracy is the responsibility of the purchaser and wrong addresses which need to be corrected by the carrier may incur an additional $25 charge for each occurrence. If the package must be returned and reshipped, all additional shipping charges will be passed along to the customer.
CREDIT CARD CHARGE BACKS

MISSING ITEMS FROM PACKING
Many times items are packed so securely that they may be overlooked in the unpacking process when delivered. Please inspect all the packing materials closely as well as inside other product containers for the missing item. Contact us immediately to report any items that may be missing and do not throw out any packing material.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS FROM SHIPPING
Damaged or missing item claims must be made within 3 days of delivery. You must keep the package and all packing materials for inspection by the assigned shipper or carrier. Failure to meet any of the above requirements will void any claims or reimbursement for the damaged or missing items from shipping.
LOST PACKAGES FROM SHIPPING
Claims for packages not being delivered by the shipper must be made within 5 days of expected delivery time. Contact us immediately so we can help locate your package and/or file the appropriate claims if the package had insurance on it. A replacement item will be sent or you will be refunded upon reimbursement from the carrier. We are not responsible for misplacement or theft once the package is delivered, or if the package is delivered to the wrong location due to the shipper's fault, or if the shipping address you provided was incorrect or incpmplete.
Defective products are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer to repair, replace or exchange that product according to their warranty guidelines and discretion.
RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICY
RETURNS: Returns must be in new unused condition in the original packaging accompanied with the original invoice/receipt and a Return Authorization number supplied by us. Any return without prior authorization will be rejected and returned to sender.
Returns must be carefully packed and boxed to prevent from shipping damage. All returned product and retail packaging must arrive in prefect brand new resalable condition without exception. Any damage due to boxing or shipping is the sole responsibility of the sender and any insurance claims must be filed and handled by the sender through their carrier.
Returns can be subject to a 25% return fee. Any and all freight and handling fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. We reserve the right to refuse and return for any reason. ALL returns paid by credit card can be charged an additional 4% transaction fee, unless the return is a fault of ours.
No returns are accepted after 30 days of the shipping departure date. No returns on any custom or special ordered items.
WARRANTY: Warranty claims are as per manufacturers guidelines. Other warranties may be covered in either repair or exchange only. No refunds are provided as an alternative for warranty servicing unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer. Any freight and handling fees are the responsibility of the purchaser for warranty items unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.
Any product altered, modified, changed or used in an application it was not intended for may void the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise specified.
All custom merchandise, labor and items not designated for street use is not warranted unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer. We are not to be held liable for any damage or injury as a result of those product's operation for any reason.
