The included Vulcanizing Repair Strips are strong nylon reinforced natural rubber, install with ease and cure by vulcanizing itself right into the rubber of the tire for a permanent seal. The soft, gray gum-like cushion surrounding the fiber center of the sealing strip flows and cures into the cracks and crevices and actually vulcanizes to the tire itself. The Self Vulcanizing Fluid lubricates the strip for easy insertion into the puncture and at the same time activates the adhesive properties to bond to the rubber of the tire once inserted. In only a few minutes you are ready to get back on the road… not just to limp to the next gas station, but permanently!
With this package, you can stop on the side of the road with a punctured tire, get your Master Kit out and repair the tire without even jacking up the car, and get back to your big trip in less than 2 minutes without even loosing enough air to require an air pump!
The items included in the kit are precision, tough, professional and very specific tools made just for this job. The Spiral Tool drives into the puncture to prepare it for the insertion of the repair strip. Turning this tool in a clockwise motion pushes the frayed cords to the side and makes the hole the perfect size for the repair. This tool also applies the vulcanizing compound deep within the puncture for maximum sealing and adhesion.
The Stainless Steel, super strong Grip-Handled Application Tool inserts and affixes the repair strip to exactly the right depth for thinner Performance car Tires without worrying about inserting it in too far. And extra longer needle is included for thicker tires like truck or farm tires. Just insert the repair strip into the tool, push the tool all the way into the puncture until the tool bottoms out, and then pull the tool back out. The repaired puncture is now sealed, permanently. For larger holes, two or more strips can be used in parallel as the self vulcanizing action will seal themselves all together as one. The comfortable form fitting grip handle fits firmly into your hand for maximum control and ease of effort. An extra replacement needle is included so you'll always be ready and prepared to repair.

Cobra Valley Pro-Tip!
Use the 207 ml Bottle if you perform 12-18 repairs a year. Due to the air space in the bottle internal curing begins upon first use, and the eventual permeation occurring through the plastic bottle, shelf life can be 2-3 years whether used or not, sooner as more air enters the bottle the more it's used usage. Check every 6 months to ensure the fluid is not beginning to solidify. Replace with fresh bottle when you notice the fluid thickening.
Use the 20 ml Tube if you perform under 5 repairs a year. Due to the lack of air space in the tube as the fluid is squeezed out, internal curing is reduced. Permeation through the metal tube is almost non-existent. Shelf life can be 4+ years whether used or not. It could be much longer, we just have not tested that long but will continue to update this page as each year passes. Keep two tubes in your kit, with one always kept factory sealed for long term storage conditions.
